We will never call, text, or email and ask you for your personal information. Some scammers will call and pretend to be from Corebank or our Card Service Center. Your caller ID might even show BANK or COREBANK, this is done by the scammers spoofing our phone numbers. We will never call or text you and ask for sensitive information such as account or card number information, passwords or usernames, or social security numbers. Please DO NOT give out that information. If you feel pressured or concerned about a phone call, please hang up and call a trusted number.
